The Mustering at Festus VII

“The Mustering at Festus VII” is a two part diorama featuring the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property that was exhibited at the “In Focus: Artwork by ArtCenter Staff” exhibition at the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena. Each of the two parts of the diorama were awarded the Armies on Parade 2022 by popular vote at the flagship Warhammer Store & Cafe in Monrovia, CA (entered as “The Slough Refineries at Festus VII”) and the Warhammer Store in Glendale, CA respectively (entered as “Cadia Stands”).

The scenic and landscape portion of the diorama were completed over the course of a month. The soldier and vehicle models were painted sporadically over the course of a year.

“Holding the Gate” is a diorama featuring the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property that was awarded the Armies on Parade 2023 by popular vote at the Warhammer Store in Glendale, CA.

The scenic and landscape portion of the diorama was assembled and painter over a two week period. The soldier and vehicle models were painted sporadically over the course of a year. The tanks we're heavily customized utilizing bespoke conversion pieces personally designed using Blender 3D.

Cadian Tank Company

A 15-vehicle armored company for the Warhammer 40,000 Astra Militarum, comprising a Baneblade Super Heavy Tank, 2 Rogal Dorn Heavy Tanks, 8 Leman Russ Main Battle Tanks, and supporting vehicles (Hellhound, Manticore and Deathstrike Missile Launcher). Given the volume of the project, it was split across two entries for in the in store 2025 Armies on Parade competition at the flagship Warhammer Store & Cafe in Monrovia, CA and the Warhammer Store in Glendale, CA respectively, each taking second place by popular vote.

The company features extensive detailing and custom 3D-printed components throughout, with the centerpiece Super Heavy Tank reworked with custom sponsons and side paneling, transforming the vehicle into a mobile war memorial.

Martian Landscape

A martian landscape showcasing an ArtCenter College of Design student gradshow project of a NASA Exploratory Vehicle* (subsequently featured in AutoWeek and Car Styling Magazine). The landscape was created in a week’s worth of work.
