The Mustering at Festus VII
“The Mustering at Festus VII” is a two part diorama featuring the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property that was exhibited at the “In Focus: Artwork by ArtCenter Staff” exhibition at the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena. Each of the two parts of the diorama were awarded the Armies on Parade 2022 by popular vote at the flagship Warhammer Store & Cafe in Monrovia, CA (entered as “The Slough Refineries at Festus VII”) and the Warhammer Store in Glendale, CA respectively (entered as “Cadia Stands”).
The scenic and landscape portion of the diorama were completed over the course of a month. The soldier and vehicle models were painted sporadically over the course of a year.

“Holding the Gate” is a diorama featuring the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property that was awarded the Armies on Parade 2023 by popular vote at the Warhammer Store in Glendale, CA.
The scenic and landscape portion of the diorama was assembled and painter over a two week period. The soldier and vehicle models were painted sporadically over the course of a year. The tanks we're heavily customized utilizing bespoke conversion pieces designed by myself using Blender 3D.
